I spoke with two representatives while making my purchasing decision; both were knowledgeable and courteous. However, Alex was extremely helpful. He called the funeral home to make certain that delivery guidelines were clear, he reviewed my choices and made adjustments to my order.
The casket arrived on time and in excellent condition.
I will say that navigating the website was less than stellar. With so many choices, there should be a compare feature and the visuals more detailed. The metal details on the casket are a bit bright, but I'm sure that appeals to some.
Overall, i believe that the caskets are of sufficient quality and aesthetically appealing, as much as a caskets can be, and the customer service and attentiveness was excellent.

I ordered two caskets for my parents, just to be prepared because they’re extremely elderly. The company was very nice and understanding about everything. I had them shipped to my home, and the shipping company was super nice as well. The caskets came nicely packaged in a super thick type of cardboard. Although I have been fortunate enough not to have opened them yet, I have no doubt that they will be a great quality and just what I ordered.

This was perfect for my stepmother after my father passed. Bluebirds finally started coming to my father‘s houses when he passed, and this was such a lovely representation of them.
